High Intensity Network (Merton) Report
Service Update:
- 17 additional Care Coordinator Staff have been granted access to the HIN training.
- Police involvement is still pending the recruitment of a new staff member.
- Any referrals made will be collated in the referrals section until core decision making can be made.
- Meetings for the High Intensity Network will occur monthly.
- Additional input from Ambulance and A&E services is still required.
